In addition to PDF conversion of a single file, you can assemble content from multiple sources and file formats into a single PDF Portfolio. A PDF Portfolio includes cohesive pagination, indexing, resizing, addition of headers and footers, insertion or deletion of pages, and creation of a table of contents - all according to established publishing requirements.

Intuitive user interface

LaunchPad is an Adobe AIR® application that offers an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop user interface that you can use to initiate ad hoc LiveCycle processes. The remoting interface lets IT managers deploy new processes to the desktop without installing new software. Simply identify the user interface components and the associated LiveCycle application, and LaunchPad will pick up the changes without a restart or install. Settings and policies are automatically surfaced on the interface, so configuration settings are always up to date.

How it works

Users submit one or more files for conversion to PDF.

You can apply optional security controls to the PDF Portfolio; deliver the file via e-mail, print,

or other channels; and archive it in PDF/A format
