All supported customers also have 24 hour access to the latest technical information in the secure SupportNet section of this web site. A searchable knowledgebase of frequently asked questions (FAQ), tips and fixes is always available whenever you need it.
As well as supporting your applications we can also provide operating system and hardware support for workstations, storage and peripherals.

Complete Support
As part of our telephone and electronic online support we include audit visits from our application engineers to ensure that you are getting the optimum performance and productivity from your IT investment. These visits might include a review of the software and hardware configuration or hints and tips to speed up areas of your work.
Get off to a Flying Start
For new users our Flying Start program provides extra support for the first three months to help your team put their training into practice. We can't do your job for you but our support team will try and make you as productive as possible as quickly as possible!
Mentoring and Consultancy
Some projects will be completed more effectively if our engineers are actually on site to deal with any outstanding issues. Our teams of experienced engineers are available for short or long term secondments to complete specific projects at your location.
